Our mad creation is here to make people, us and you, as happy as we can. We place huge importance on creative, fresh food – served fast and friendly.

We shop daily and locally, enabling us to give back to the community as much as possible.

Our fish comes daily from the sea, not the can. Our veggies arrive with dirt applied, our fruit with sunshine.

To offer you the best experience, we have a few Arboloco policies.

First: We accept cash only.

Second: We are cooks, not bankers, sorry we cannot offer separate checks.

Third: Make Reservations for 8 or more at +507 6521-5844

Fourth: Please complain! Of course. Tell us when we’re good, it makes us try harder. Or in times BAD, help us do better! We’re not afraid to hear what we can improve on.
