This is a tool for safely exploring your internal world to experience release, freedom, and heightened clarity.

Jin Shin Jyutsu
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a healing art that is based on the premise that inside of us, we have the wisdom to heal and we possess an innate ability to heal ourselves. We have the ability to find peace and harmony inside ourselves. It is a Japanese healing modality that is based on 26 energy centers that run throughout the body. The goal of the JSJ practitioner is to clear blockages in order to encourage a free flow of energy through the vast and beautiful network of energetic pathways, thus bringing the body back into balance enabling the body to heal.
